Handheld menu or wall display?
A table menu is read nearby; a counter or wall menu must work from farther away. Provide the viewing distance, finished dimensions, number of panels or pages, and the content. Keep text legible and identify the prices and items that may change frequently.
Spills, cleaning and short runs
If you need a wipe-clean or water-resistant menu, describe the actual use before selecting a material or finish. Ask us to confirm available options, cleaning limitations, minimum quantity and production time. Lamination alone should not be treated as proof of unlimited waterproof performance.
Printed lightbox versus digital menu screen
An illuminated printed panel uses a fixed graphic and lighting. Changing its content requires a new print or panel. A digital screen is a different product with hardware and software requirements. Our menu offer includes printed and illuminated formats; screen systems are not assumed to be included.
Approve content before printing
Supply final names, descriptions, prices, currency and language versions. You are responsible for approving the food information and prices. Check a proof and agree on the finished quantity before production; later changes may require reprinting.
DIRECT ANSWERS
What else should you know?
Can I order a small quantity of menus?
Share the quantity and format. We confirm the available production option and any applicable minimum; there is no blanket no-minimum promise.
Do you offer waterproof menus?
Tell us the expected spills and cleaning method. We will confirm whether an available material and finish meet that need before you order; no unverified waterproof specification is promised here.
Can menus match my sign and staff T-shirts?
Yes. Discuss the menus as part of your shop-opening brief, alongside signage, window graphics and apparel, so the artwork can be coordinated.
